As the Operations Director, JT oversees Capo Canyon’s daily business activities including managing support staff and facility resources, ensuring all property maintenance procedures are carried out, and all accreditation standards (JCAHO) are maintained to ensure facility safety. He regularly assesses the needs of the company to ensure daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. JT enjoys working closely with the clinical team, acting as a liaison between clinical and operational staff to support clients’ experience and ensure it is the best experience possible.
