About Dr. Lori Bohn

Dr. Bohn has over 20 years of experience in natural medicine. She is passionate about merging conventional medicine with functional, integrative medicine in order to achieve optimal results for each client. Through her experience she has recognized the importance of biochemical imbalances that can be related to neurology and trauma and how an individual functions. Her goal with each client is to correct core metabolic imbalances that can prevent or resolve symptoms and allow the body to find its own rhythm in order to heal.

For over 20 years, Lori has specialized in women’s issues as well as men and women’s health from an integrative medicine approach. Her approach is also very individualized, focusing on the underlying causes and chronic symptoms, which may include mental health issues rather than treating one symptom at a time with medication.

Dr. Bohn received her Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) from Wayland Baptist University and is finalizing her Master’s as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN) from Herzing University. She also has a certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is currently a part of a fellowship program in Integrative Psychiatry. Dr. Bohn has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communication as well as a Chiropractic Doctorate degree from Life Chiropractic College West. Lori has advanced training in chiropractic techniques including the Webster Technique, Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP), and the Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT).
