Our Facility

Our mission is simple: to provide you with a safe detoxification and quality treatment program in a comfortable, licensed and accredited residential environment. This means we are not a hospital, but we have 24/7 nursing care, and experienced medical staff including physicians and physician assistants along with support staff monitoring your care to ensure you take a gentle first step into treatment.

Our physician and his staff have successfully detoxed thousands of clients over the years and will immediately recognize your unique medical and detox needs. We only have up to 6 clients at any time so you will get the care and attention you deserve throughout the program.

Our boutique 6-bed residential facility allows for a truly individualized treatment program flexible to your needs and goals. We are conveniently located in Mission Viejo, CA, near Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Lake Forest.

How It Works

Our Admission Process

Steps

From the first phone call, our admissions staff can guide you through all of your detox and treatment options.

01
step

Initial Consultation

Your first step is to give us a call and learn more about our program. Our staff will answer any questions you have and ask you preliminary questions to make sure you are appropriate for our level of care. If you have insurance, this is also a chance to get pre-verification of your benefits and discuss financial options. When you decide we are a right detox program for you, we will schedule a full assessment.
02
step

Intake Assessment

A full assessment is completed with our nurse supervisor after which you will be ready for intake. We will either meet you at our facility in San Juan Capistrano, CA or we can coordinate pick up at your home, hospital, airport etc. Our closest airport is John Wayne Airport, Santa Ana (SNA), but we can also pick up in San Diego, Long Beach or Los Angeles Airport (LAX).
03
step

Begin our Program

Once you arrive at our facility you will complete the intake process including a psychiatric evaluation. You will also start your detoxification protocols, if necessary. Your withdrawal symptoms, vitals, and medications will be monitored by experienced physicians and nursing staff. As you begin to feel better a treatment planned will be formed between you and your therapist which includes a schedule of group sessions, individual therapy, counseling, acupuncture and massage.
